Needed documents for new ID for the first time
- Birth certificate signed by Additional District Registrar
- Photo Reference Receipt
- A fee of Rs.320/-
- A late fee of Rs.2500/- will be charged if the age has completed 16 years. (national ID cards should be prepared when the age of 15 years is completed)
Please Note:
- In cases where no Birth Certificate is available
* Presumptive Age Certificate and its photocopy if below 40 years
* If the age is more than 40 years, document search result chard
* A formal affidavit stating name and date of birth
* one written proof and photography of proof name and date of birth
- When referring to the one-day service, documents are required as above, and all related fees will be charged to Department for Registration of Persons recovered by
- All applications received under the normal service, are entered into the system by the ID Division of the Divisional Secretariat. Fees for this will be charged by the village officer.

* Lasted obtained National Identity Card
