With the aim of creating self-employment and entrepreneurship for women in the Padukka Divisional Secretariat Division, a certificate distribution programme for women who had completed snack production, garment and batik training courses under the provisions of the Western Provincial Health, Local Medical, Social Welfare, Probation and Child Protection Services and Women's Affairs Ministry was held on 2026/07/16 from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. at the Divisional Secretariat Auditorium under the patronage of Assistant Divisional Secretary K.K.P. Shiromi Ratnayake.
This training programme and certificate distribution ceremony was organized by the Women's Development Officer of the Padukka Divisional Secretariat, Mrs. R.A. Chathurika Dilhani.
