The Padukka Drug Prevention Committee held a special meeting at the Padukka Divisional Secretariat on 30.06.2010 The purpose of this meeting was to conduct programs.

Divisional Secretary,PadukkaMedical Officer (Mental Health)Provincial, Director of Ayurveda ,Counseling Officer, Community Health Medical Officer, Sub InspectorAdministrative Public Health Inspector, Sub Inspector Padukka ,Project Officer Zonal Education Office.

Under the National Tree Planting Program, trees were planted in Thummodara Sumana Pirivena under the patronage of the Divisional Secretary and the Assistant Divisional Secretary on 2020.06.08 with the assistance of Land Development Officer and Rural Development.

Cultivation and beautification of the office premises of the Padukka Divisional Secretariat premises commenced on 12.06.2020 under the direction of the Divisional Secretary.

The floods in the Arukwatte North, Arukwatta South, Galagedara East and Ganegoda areas belonging to the Padukka Divisional Secretariat Division on 27.05.2010 caused 275 persons to have a midday meal and a breakfast on 28.05.2020 through the Padukka Divisional Secretariat.
