The distribution of local potato seeds to the identified potato farmers in the Padukka Division under the Indigenous Potato Crop Distribution Programme implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture in the Colombo District has been carried out recently and the safety net nets were provided on 08.09.2020 at the Divisional Secretariat, Padukka was done.
Mr. SM Nagahawatte, District Director of Agriculture, Mrs. Madusha Weerakkody, Assistant Divisional Secretary of the Padukka Divisional Secretariat, Mrs. Saduni Pradeepa, Assistant Director of Planning and Mr. Mayuri Udayangani, Padukka Agriculture Development Officer were also present.
