Held at Bope Rajasinghe National College on 05.11.2023.This program was chaired by Colombo District Secretary Mr. K. G. Wijesiri, with the advice of Padukka Divisional Secretary Mr. Sugath Sisira Kumara and the supervision and guidance of Assistant Divisional Secretary Mrs. Madhusha Weerakkodi, as well as the guidance of all office staff officers and all office officers, field officers and village officers. ,Development Officers were successfully conducted with the support of Samurdhi Development Officers and domain in-charge officers.

Here, the medical clinic conducted by the Sinha club, eye examination and job site, identity card service, counseling services to solve problems about land, contribution to the social security pension scheme, stalls of small scale entrepreneurs, sewing programmes and new self-employment. Many practical training programs were conducted.
